Refund Policy
At Mafett, each item is carefully personalised and printed to order. Due to the custom nature of our
products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or
personal preferences once an order has been placed and processed.
We encourage all customers to review their personalised details carefully before completing their
purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Since each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product
arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/manufacturing fault.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your
customer service email address] with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- A description of the problem
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if the fault is confirmed.
Customer-Initiated Returns
If a customer wishes to return a product due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind, ordering
mistakes, unwanted gift, sizing issues, etc.), these returns will not be accepted as each item is made
specifically to order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the order details before confirming their purchase.
Return Address
As Mafett operates on a print-on-demand basis, customer returns cannot be sent back to our
production facility. All returns (if applicable and approved) must be arranged directly with our
customer service team. We will provide return instructions if necessary.
Please Note:
- We cannot process refunds or replacements without photo evidence of the fault.
- In the rare event of a delivery issue, please notify us as soon as possible to assist with resolution.
- This policy is in place to ensure the best service while maintaining the integrity of custom-made
products.
